The right choice for 2nd term 💯🫆

The ANT, because of hatred for the Cockroach, voted for the insecticide, they all died, including the Cricket who was not involved.....

This is a powerful allegory about self-destruction driven by hatred and shortsightedness. The Ant, blinded by its disdain for the Cockroach, supports a solution (the insecticide) that ultimately leads to its own demise. In its desire to eliminate its perceived enemy, it fails to recognize the larger consequences of its actions.

The Cricket, who had no part in the conflict, also perishes—symbolizing the collateral damage that arises when destructive decisions are made without foresight. This highlights how personal vendettas, prejudice, or blind allegiance to harmful policies can lead to the downfall of not just the intended target but also the instigator and innocent bystanders.

At its core, this story serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of hatred, poor judgment, and self-inflicted harm. It warns against allowing animosity to cloud reason, reminding us that destruction fueled by resentment often consumes everyone—including the one who lights the fire.

This year took me on a journey of resilience, reflection and a Spark of New beginnings
I was crushed. Years of building others business, preparation, energy and anticipation seem wasted in a moment.
Seem that immediately rain stops an umbrella becomes a burden to everyone, loyalty ends as soon as benefits stop.
Yet amidst the disappointment, I reminded myself of the responsibilities of being a leader.
So I choose to let gratitude overshadows my emotions. I decided not to burden my hubby with it,but when I eventually shared, his unexpected response filled me with relief. Not only did he take it well, it was a simple yet memorable conversation .
With relief, I ventured out to Market Square for ice cream, drove through Asaba, taking in the city vibrant nighttime beauty. The day ended quietly, sitting outdoors, reflecting on the simplicity of the shared moments with hubby.

Then came :
A NEW SPARK!

Some of the experiences were initially disheartening, reignited something within me. It pushed me to revisit my costume room to get busy, a space that been dormant for years.
As I stepped inside a wave of inspiration washed over me.
The thought of transformating it into a training center and rentals space began to take root
In a twist of fate a new chapter was symbolized.a reminder of resistance and the importance of embracing change with Optimism.
While the story began with disappointment, it ended on a note of gratitude. Ready to turn reflections into actions , dream into reality and Chaos into creativity.
