A good man...

Time is impatient...

You sleep younger and wake up older. It is a trick, but it is a natural one.

And no, "age is not just a number." Your mind may even pretend not to acknowledge it, but your body can't. Age is wrinkles, less activities, thiner skin, grey hairs, weaker immunity, sometimes blurry vision; but above all, it is maturity, wisdom and a discerning mind.

Time becomes much more precious and life must now be lived for specific reasons.

As I mark my birthday today, I begin a new phase of a life marked by only impacts, gratefulness, love for family and community.

Hence, in a few weeks, we will launch our charity foundation and a live stream podcast meant to highlight societal ills and demand actions from relevant authorities to curb them.

So far, you-my friends- have made life worth living. As we begin this new phase, I will need you as partners for our set goals and keep you in mind in all our aspirations.

Hilda Baci, the queen of Nigerian Kitchens...

It took and her team 9 months to plan for her record breaking jollof rice show. It took them 4 hours to prepare the sauce and 5 hours to do the cooking, making a total of 9 hours for the show.

She has successfully cooked 200 bags of rice at once and fed over 20,000 people - an amazing feat indeed.

She came prepared and conquered!

I also wish to thank the Lagos audience and its govt. That city is electrifying and can support talents like no other place in Nigeria.

When people say Lagos is a no man's land, many misinterpret it literally. What it actually means is that anyone, irrespective of tribe or religion, can make it in Lagos.

The city has defended this reputation over and again. That won't be possible without the enabling atmosphere giving by the creative wing of the state government and the warmth that the inhabitants of that city embellish.

To Hilda, dear sister you are star. You have no rivals because you do not just break the rules, you make and set them. You are the rule and others just follow.

May God continue to use creative minds like Hilda to shine Nigeria's light to the world.
