GOLDEN GENERATION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CLUB is a Community Development and Non-Profit Organization which has been in existence since 2015 and legally registered on 13th January, 2020 under Corporate Affairs Commission with registration Number 142448 It is mainly for teenagers and youth who believe future has to be brighter than present. Her office is located in 212, Stadium Shopping Complex, Durbar, Oyo, Oyo State, Nigeria.
This is a real example of how the environment affects the youth, because many youths only want to become who they see around them. We have seen situations where a child is asked what he wants to become, and he says he wants to become one of the popular thugs because they have cars, houses, and are seen as heroes. That was during the thug regime then, and now the same thing is happening on a massive scale with Yahoo and hookup culture. The number of youths involved in Yahoo and hookup is very disturbing, but who is to blame?
I think everyone is to blame, especially the parents. Many parents support these Yahoo boys indirectly because if you don’t know what your child is doing, and he suddenly comes home with a big car without any clear explanation or any traceable work that brought the money, then you as a parent should also be questioned.
The government is also part of the root of the problem, but if I want to write about that, it will become a whole book on its own. I will just ask the government this: what is China doing differently in the way they run their country that makes their youths become top-tier youths?
You too that are reading this also contribute to this problem. Yes, you.
You see one Nigerian youth working very hard to make it, but because he doesn’t have the latest iPhone 17, you start looking down on him with disrespect. Meanwhile, there is one fraudster (Yahoo boy) using an iPhone 17, and you start respecting him. Some people even call these fraudsters and pornstars “Omo Ologo.” Are you not also contributing to this problem?
Another group contributing to this problem are business leaders, like the CEO of Moniepoint and others. Because if we are not encouraging those who are doing honest hard work or building the next generation of youths, then what do we expect? There are many non-government organizations, like our own Generation Generation, that train youths in beneficial skills for free, and this is totally self-funded by members of the organization. If people who do not even have million or billion-dollar businesses, or political power, can still do this, then what are the business leaders worth hundreds of millions and billions doing to help train the next generation of youths?

It is a dark Sunday for families in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State! Imagine the horror—45 innocent pupils and their teacher, snatched away like chickens by heartless kidnappers during a coordinated raid on three different schools! The atmosphere is thick with tears, and the pain is hitting deep in the hearts of every parent in the state.
But listen—our brave Amotekun Corps are not folding their arms! They have launched an intensive, "no-mercy" forest operation right now. Our gallant warriors have entered the deepest bushes, combing every hideout to smoke out these monsters and bring our children back home. This is a battle between light and darkness, and the pursuit is hot!
⛪🙏 HAPPY BLESSED SUNDAY TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS! Even in this tension, we serve a God who delivers the oppressed. As we worship today, let us lift a special prayer for the safety of these little ones.
