Before the yarn, before the stitches, before the hours of work... there's usually a sketch.

Sketching helps me bring ideas out of my head and onto paper. It allows me to experiment with designs, adjust details, and visualize the final piece before I even pick up my crochet hook.

This particular sketch is a new dress concept I'm working on—a blend of lace crochet and classic crochet stitches. It's still just an idea for now, but every beautiful handmade piece starts exactly like this: with a simple drawing and a creative vision.
