Bread has cement in it. Not literally. But the way it sits in your gut, heavy, sticky, unmoving, slowing everything down, feeding the wrong bacteria, blocking the system that is trying to keep you alive, it might as well be cement. One of the cheapest ways to stay inflamed and sick is to keep eating bread. Stop.
