Osogbo Federal Constituency APC Women Storm Orolu for AMBO

The APC Osogbo Federal Constituency Women for AMBO movement stormed Ifon Osun, headquarters of Orolu Local Government, in a massive rally yesterday.

Led by Coordinator Princess Adegoke Oyin-Adejobi and women leaders from Osogbo, Olohunda, Irepodun and Orolu LGs, the women moved from community to community engaging market women, artisans, and Hausa, Fulani, Egede communities. Fliers, food items and other incentives were distributed to vulnerable residents.

Princess Adegoke said Orolu has seen little developmental projects under Governor Ademola Adeleke, and urged voters to back AMBO for “unprecedented development” across Orolu.

The group also hailed Orolu Council Chairman, Hon. Abolade Nureni “One Day”, for his commitment to party programmes and grassroots development.

In his response, Hon. One Day described the rally as a strong show of unity and grassroots strength. He promised full support for the women’s mobilisation and said AMBO’s administration would usher in security, empowerment, and economic prosperity for Osun.

Dignitaries present included Hon. Omotosho Elizabeth, Alhaja Iwinsunmi, Hon. Oluranti Ayoola, Mrs. Abolade One Day, Iyalojas, councillors, and hundreds of APC women supporters.

APC Orolu Storms Sanitarian Saheed Orisawole’s Naming Ceremony in Ifon Osun.

The residence of Sanitarian Saheed Orisawole at Okekere, Ifon Osun was filled with joy yesterday as APC Orolu leaders and members gathered for the naming ceremony of his newborn child.

The Orolu APC Party Chairman and the Local Government Chairman led the delegation. They were joined by the Ayekaale Diisu Chairman, Women Leaders, Ward Excos, Youth Leader, and hundreds of party faithful.

Dignitaries offered prayers for the baby, the parents, and the progress of APC in Orolu LG ahead of the August 15 election. Party leaders charged members to sustain the spirit of unity, love, and collective effort that APC is known for.

BREAKING NEWS: Ogbomoso Chief Imam Breaks Silence on Terror Links Allegation, Threatens Legal Action Against Bloggers ❤️🔥

The Grand Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland, Imam Yunus Olushina Teliat (Ayilara II), has finally broken his silence over allegations linking him to terrorism and criminal activities, describing the claims as "malicious, coordinated, and completely false."

In a strongly-worded statement released on Sunday, the respected Islamic cleric expressed deep concern over the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Ahoro, Esin-ele, and Yawota communities, while calling on the Federal and Oyo State Governments to intensify rescue efforts.

The cleric reaffirmed his long-standing condemnation of terrorism, kidnapping, and banditry, stressing that he has repeatedly denounced such crimes in sermons and public lectures, even advocating severe punishment for convicted perpetrators.

However, the Imam reserved some of his strongest words for individuals spreading allegations against him, warning bloggers, vloggers, and social media users to immediately stop associating his name with criminal activities.

According to him, his legal team has already commenced action against individuals behind what he described as defamatory and libelous publications, vowing to pursue further offenders through the courts.

While praying for the safe return of the abducted victims and peace across Nigeria, the Chief Imam maintained that his life's mission remains promoting justice, peace, and the protection of human lives.
