We’re eight days in, and this is where it starts to feel uncomfortable — but also, deeply spiritual. By now, your flesh is quieter. Your spirit is more alert. The noise around you has begun to settle.

Now we’re entering the inner chambers of this fast — where God doesn’t just deal with what’s on the surface, but begins to rearrange things deep within.

This is the kind of fast where patterns break, where old cycles end, and where God introduces a new rhythm — one of rest, alignment, and order.

🙏 Say these words:
“Lord, settle me. Silence every storm within me and let there be quiet. Let Your rest flood my life.”
