GOD Is With Us.

God is never late, his always on time. Have faith in him to overcome your world

Lord God, I pray for my fellow believers. I pray for individuals in my church. Strengthen them. Grant them strength to do the work You have called them to, and give them endurance so they can finish their race well. Let them experience Your love and goodness this week. If they are feeling tired or ill, heal them. If they have stress or anxiety, grant them peace that surpasses understanding. If they have relational troubles, give them wisdom and grace to repair relationships. You are a God of mighty power and works. Work through us, Your Church. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:As believers, we can pray for other believers. That is what Paul, Silas, and Timothy did for the church in Thessalonica – they prayed for them. Do you have other believers in your life whom you can pray for? It would probably encourage them if you texted them or asked at church next Sunday, "Is there anything I can be praying about for you? " Even if they don't tell you a specific thing to pray for, you can still pray that they will live out God's calling on their life, that they will experience God's goodness, and that God will empower them to do the work He has called them to do.

But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out:For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.

It is incredible to think about Jesus walking on the water. It is quite incredible to imagine. Seeing a person out on the water – of course, you would figure it's a ghost. Then Jesus telling them not to be afraid. Incredible! Jesus is capable of doing anything. Believe in His name and experience His greatness.

LORD, You make mighty miracles. You do it with ease. It is in Your nature to be miraculous. You make simple moments amazing. You can walk on water. You can move mountains. You make the weak feel strong, and You make the strong feel weak before You. Thank You for Your might and Your goodness. I love to hear of Your mighty ways. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Christ's death did more than just save us from our sins. It also gave us the option to choose what to do with our lives. Do we choose to follow His path or do we choose to follow our own? Considering the rewards on either side, I think the choice is simple, but this free spirit is what makes humans plight so interesting.
