🔥MISTAKES

A mistake is only a mistake if you don't learn anything from it, once you learned something from it, it becomes a lesson.

Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.

Mistakes is part of life but when you make one try as much as possible not to again.

Always learn from your mistakes and never over look them saying its just a little mistake.

Learn from your mistakes and move on don't keep pondering over it.

Your mistakes should stand as a motivation to you and not an excuses.

Good Morning My People

I could remember when a particular customer reach out to me to buy data.

He already sent in his payment, but then i wasn't online.

Immediately i saw his payment and during those while Airtel prices has been increased.

I told him about the increment, even i myself won't advice him to get at such rate.

He asked for a refund which i did.

When the price was fair enough i reached out to him and he made payment but this time around.

It was hell 😪

I sent the data but it wasn't delivered all through the days no way out.

Only for him to tell me that "Very soon everything will be ok"

Lol, na customer come dey give me hope.

As early as 7am the following day i was able to send the data to him.

I was fulfilled with the kind of understandable customer i have 😃

Always be truthful and also nice to all your customers because they will definitely do same when due.

I want to use this medium to reach out to you all.

Spending hugely on data subscriptions is really frustrating and also consumes incomes.
