Governor Umaru Bago tasked selected commissioners with supervising vacant ministries during the last State Executive Council meeting, following the resignation of six commissioners seeking election positions.

FARMER GOVERNOR BAGO DISTRIBUTES OVER 100 VEHICLES TO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.

Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago distributed over 100 vehicles to judges, board, and commission members.

The farmer governor made the symbolic presentation of the vehicles at the Government House Minna.

He said the distrbution of vehicles became necessary to ease the transportation difficulties of the officials.

The farmer governor enjoined them to judiciously use the vehicles for effective service delivery.

Symbolic presentation of the vehicles were made to some of the beneficiaries,including Niger State Secondary Education Board, Civil Service Commission, Local Government Service Commission, House of Assembly Service Commission, Law Reform Commission, Fiscal Responsibility Commission, Niger State Universal Basic Education Board and Judicial Service Commission.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has approved the appointment of Dr. Fatima Suleiman Zuntu as the new Director-General/ Chief Executive Officer of National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA), for an initial term of four (4) years, effective from April 16, 2026 in accordance with the provision of Section 5 of the National Biosafety Management Agency, 2015.

Dr. Fatima Suleiman Zuntu is a Public Health professional and policy strategist with a proven track record of driving impactful national programs.

The President tasks the appointee to contribute her expertise to the agency for the good of the nation.

LEAKED VIDEO: Tinubu’s Chief of Staff Tells ADC Chieftain to “Stay and Scatter the Party”

A shocking video currently making rounds online has captured President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, openly advising a key figure in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Leke Abejide, to remain in the party and “fight… scatter them.”

In the now-viral clip, Gbajabiamila encouraged Abejide not to leave the ADC despite the ongoing leadership crisis and internal battles within the party.

According to him:
“I know you to be a committed party man… a fighter. Stay in ADC. Fight them. Scatter them! Don’t abandon your party. We like what you’re doing—continue.”

He further dismissed calls for Abejide to defect, insisting the party belongs to him, having built it “with your sweat and your money.”

Gbajabiamila also reportedly urged him to pursue legal action to retain control, reinforcing his stance that Abejide should hold his ground within the ADC.

The video has since triggered massive reactions online, with many Nigerians questioning whether this points to a deeper strategy to weaken opposition parties ahead of the 2027 elections.
