On this day, let’s educate one another on the different types of viral hepatitis, their transmission routes, and the importance of early detection and treatment.

Early diagnosis allows for timely medical interventions and prevents further transmission.

World Hepatitis Day is in a few days!

Viral B and C:

🗨️2nd major killer infectious disease after tuberculosis
🗨️9x more people are infected with hepatitis than HIV.

HEPATITIS disease endemic is real, but so is our power to act. Take simple, impactful steps with the TESTING and VACCINATION campaign today.

Together, we can ELIMINATE the burden of HEPATITIS.

Apart from the communicable viral hepatitis, we also have drug-induced hepatitis.

Certain drugs such as paracetamol, and herbal concoctions can damage the liver, leading to drug-induced hepatitis.

As we mark this year’s , we must continue to create awareness campaigns on hepatitis B & C, all round the clock, as it is the first step towards elimination of these scourge.

Many people are scared of HIV.

But No... you should be more scared of Hepatitis B virus.

HEPATITIS B is 100 times more infectious than HIV.

This JULY, we are poised to take a drive on the journey towards a hepatitis-free community.

As part of our humanitarian quest to improve the well-being of our communities and advance their health outcomes, Aspire Alliance will be partnering with the Niger State Ministry of Health to plan, coordinate and execute a high-impact voluntary-unpaid blood donation drive in Minna on Sunday, June 14th, to mark the World Blood Donor Day 2026.
