Exciting Moments from the 3-Day Hackathon in Maiduguri!

Just wrapped up an inspiring 3-day hackathon hosted by UNFPA in partnership with Zoa International, Splash Innovation Hub, and other amazing hubs across Maiduguri!

This powerful event brought together brilliant minds with one mission: to improve skills and empower women through innovation and tech-driven solutions. From hands-on workshops to impactful mentorship, it was three days of learning, collaboration, and transformation.

Congratulations to the winning pitch, which walked away with a ₦300,000 prize, and a huge shoutout to the runner-up who earned ₦150,000 and 2nd runner up with 50,000. Every team that participated brought passion and purpose ,the future is definitely bright!
