Your hormones need sleep more than supplements.
Your body repairs and balances hormones while you sleep.

If you’re always sleeping late or scrolling at night, you’re silently worsening:

• Irregular periods
• Weight gain
• Mood swings

👉🏽 Aim for 7–9 hours of deep sleep — especially between 10pm–2am (this is when hormone repair is strongest).
