What is really happening to our pregnant mothers? God, this is heartbreaking 😭

How can such a careless tragedy happen? How can a doctor forget a placenta inside a woman after a CS surgery? 😔🤦🏽‍♀️ What kind of negligence is this? This is not just a mistake… this is a life cut short unfairly 😭

Just two days later, she started feeling severe pain in her stomach… only for them to discover that the placenta was left inside her. By then, it had already decayed and burst within her… 💔 They screamed, “Blood of Jesus!” and rushed her back into the theatre for another surgery to remove it.

But… before they could even begin… she gave up the ghost 😭😭😭

Ahh… this is too painful 💔
Such a heartbreaking loss… a beloved wife, a sister, a daughter, a mother… gone just like that 😭

What about her husband?
What about her children, especially the newborn who just came into this world?
What about her mother? 💔

Who will care for her children now? Who will fill this void she has left behind? Her husband wasn’t even in Nigeria when she gave birth… if he were, maybe things would have been different 😭

This is so unfair… so cruel 💔

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly apprehended for po!soning members of her own family

According to reports on April 16, 2026, the incident happened after the young girl was brought from her village to stay with her half-sister, who had just given birth, simply to help out during that period

A young girl, barely a teenager, brought into a home to assist…
To support…
To be part of the family

But somewhere along the line, something went wrong

She allegedly laced the family’s food with rat po!son, affecting her mother-in-law, father-in-law and even her own half-sister the same person she was brought to help

What could push a 14-year-old to this level? 👀

I have been following Tovia Anyanwu, a small girl that lost her kidney after delivery her twin babies, I watch this girl cries everyday 😭

May the soul of this supper woman that lost her life few days ago and souls of the women that died in pregnancy, in delivery and after delivery rest in peace Amen 🙏

Another woman lost her sight during delivery, I know another woman that got paralyzed after delivery, infact so many of them fighting for their lives after delivery, May God show them mercy Amen 🙏
