Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
* Maintain accurate financial records: post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and track expenditures
* Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review
* Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, admin) and external parties (vendors, partners) on billing and payment matters

Qualifications & Skills:

* Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an accounting role, ideally within health-tech or nonprofit environments
* Proficient with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
* High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
