Hydration time β²οΈ: One of the best ways to have a glowing skin or detoxing is to stay well hydrated. Good hydration equals better blood circulation. A toast to better hydration π₯
Nutrition time π. Are you aware there is zero (0) Vitamin C in beans, grains, peanuts, eggs, and fish?
Fruits are a rich source of Vitamin C, which helps to boost the immune system

Sleep π. Even when we sleep, the brain π§ is working to make sure our lungs π« and heart β€οΈ continue to function. So, guard them jealously
Food time β²οΈ. Plantains and bananas π are healthy food or snacks. Include them in your diet plan

No one needs to exit this life because of breast cancer. A lump in the breast does not mean automatic goodbye to this world. "Ignorance" and "negligence" is the problem here. π§¬π₯
Hydration time β²οΈ: It is recommended we drink 2-3 liters of waterπ§ "daily," A standard 1 Cup is 250mL. So, 8-12 standard measuring cup gives 2-3liters of water
This drinking cup is 0.5 liters (500ml or 50cl), which is equivalent to 2 standard measuring cups
Be careful the things you do to your body. The benefits might be for a while, but they slowly damage your body. All that glitter is not gold. You are no longer ignorant π₯
