Rushing steals peace.
I have never rushed and felt peaceful at the same time.
The days I shout at everyone, forget things, feel overwhelmed, and end up exhausted…
usually started with me trying to “be fast".
I’m learning that not everything in my life needs speed.
Some things need presence.
