STORY TIME
How I got to love Chia seed
When I first got a hold of this super food, I watched a video on how to make it into a pudding, and I got excited and wanted to try it. The quantity in the video said 2-3Tbs, which I added, but I then felt this was too small now, I was really hungry, brethren that's how I added three more spoons ooo 😅, added my milk and choco, as I was making a banana chocolate chia pudding.
Hmmmm, the long and short of the story is that I couldn't finish it ooo. It was a struggle. I enjoyed it, but I realised how great a food it was and sticking to instructions.
