Money or Peace?
A woman whose husband reportedly said he gives her $150,000 every time she gives birth has now come forward alleging that she has been suffering domestic abuse in the marriage.
This story raises a painful question:
Can $150,000, luxury and financial comfort make a woman stay in a marriage where she allegedly feels abused?
Money can provide comfort, but can it buy peace, safety and genuine love?
If the allegations are true, what would you advise a woman in this situation?

The officiating priest of St. Mary Cathedral was seen physically resisting the women who were drinking 🍺 in the church.
He resisted their actions by throwing away and destroying their drinks and thereby putting an end to the meeting.

A Meeting That Ended in Tragedy
What was supposed to be a peace and reconciliation meeting for APC stakeholders in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State ended in tragedy.
The APC chairman of Ijumu LGA, Oyewole Mayowa Solomon, reportedly slumped while the meeting was ongoing at Iyara Town Hall. He was rushed to a medical facility in Kabba but was later pronounced dead. (Punch Newspapers)
His sudden death has left party members and other participants in shock.
The circumstances surrounding his death have not been officially disclosed, and it is important not to speculate about the cause until the appropriate authorities provide more information.
But this incident raises a serious question:
Should major political meetings, especially lengthy and highly intense meetings, have basic medical and emergency arrangements in place for participants?
May his soul rest in peace, and may God comfort his family and loved ones. 🕊️
