Some weeks back, I was a keynote speaker at an event.

Usually, as my custom, I don’t like to sit and listen to my citations before speaking. It irks me in a way.
As I was about to stand, in my usual fashion, to interrupt the person reading it, my spirit gently cautioned me to sit down and soak in the moment.

And I did.

In that quiet pause, I realized something powerful, once in a while, you need to savor your journey to truly understand how much God has helped you.

Ultra achievers are wired to move, always chasing the next big thing, the next milestone, the next win. But there is a kind of strength that comes from reflection. A kind of clarity that only gratitude can give.

It is healthy to pause and soak in the strength of your journey. To acknowledge the miles GRACE has carried you through. To recognize the help of the supernatural. To appreciate the mishaps MERCY has quietly averted.

Not every victory needs to be rushed past. Some moments deserve to be felt.

My inspiration today is simple: “GRATITUDE “
