I write
I offer deep consolation with my words, I've been there and I know how it feels. Feel free to hang around, there's enough space for you ☺️

~ Saddened ~
You're saddened because the world feels heavier than your heart can carry,
because you've given your kindness freely and received silence in return,
because the nights stretch longer than your courage sometimes feels,
and you wonder if your effort is seen by anyone at all.
You're saddened because the road you walk is not the one you imagined,
because dreams that once burned bright now flicker in quiet uncertainty,
because you have stumbled more times than you care to count,
and it feels like life keeps testing the strength of your spirit.
You're saddened because people misunderstood your intentions,
because the love you offered was not always returned with the same warmth,
because you poured pieces of your soul into places
that never truly knew how to hold them.
You're saddened because the weight of yesterday still whispers in your mind,
reminding you of moments you wish you could rewrite,
of chances that slipped like sand through your fingers
before you realized how tightly you wanted to hold them.
You're saddened because you are human, and hearts were never made of stone;
but even in this gentle pain, something within you refuses to surrender,
rising and reminding you that strength often grows in hidden places,
and that tomorrow is still waiting for the courage you carry today.

Be kind to yourself...
You deserve it.

~ I Now Know My Worth ~
I used to shrink myself
just to fit the spaces you left empty,
thinking silence was love
and your coldness
was something I had to earn.
Back then,
I believed I needed to prove my value
to hold it out in my hands like an offering,
hoping you would finally see me.
You came into my life like a storm pretending to be shelter.
You treated me like I was nothing special
like my presence was optional
like the sound of your friends’ laughter
was more important than the girl walking beside you.
And I accepted it.
I swallowed my dignity piece by piece
because I thought losing myself
was the price of being loved.
But now I know better.
I know that anyone
who can’t see my worth
was never meant to stay.
My value isn’t a performance,
and my heart
is not a place for half-hearted men
or boys who only know how to dim a woman’s light.
So if you ever come to me
thinking you can suppress me
quiet my voice, shrink my fire,
mistake my softness for weakness
or my loyalty for ownership
then hear me clearly:
I will not bend for anyone who wants me broken.
Because I finally know my use, my strength, my value.
And the moment you try to make me feel less,
is the moment I’ll know
you were never meant to stay.

I used to apologise for everything—
for breathing too loud,
for wanting too much,
for existing in spaces that rejected me.
But life taught me gently
that I am not a mistake
and my voice has a right to live.

~ A Whispered Goodbye ~
Sometimes the hardest goodbye
is the one that never touches the air
the one you bury quietly
behind a steady face
pretending your hands don’t tremble
when their name
passes through your thoughts.
It’s the goodbye you whisper in your heart
soft enough for no one to hear
but loud enough to break you
every time you breathe.
You carry it like a secret ache
a farewell wrapped in longing,
a truth you never learned to say aloud.
And yet, somehow,
you learn to walk forward with it
even when a part of you
still stays behind.

...morning will come
and I will rise again...
Piece by piece, it will all start to make sense...
Don't give up.

I was once told in a trembling voice,
that peace isn’t luck, it isn’t a choice
left in the hands of the world outside
it’s born in your chest, where quiet hides.
I know your nights feel harsh and long
your thoughts unsteady, your heart not strong.
But peace won’t wander to your door
you guard it now, you guard it more.
Protect your silence, keep it near,
shield your softness from every fear.
Not every soul deserves the key
to places built so tenderly.
Choose what enters, let go of pain,
release the weight, unhook the chain.
For peace is yours, a guarded start
not something found,
but kept with heart.

I wish she could see herself gently,
the way the dawn forgives the night
softly, without blame.
She's been carrying habits
carved from survival,
reflexes born in dark rooms
where she had no choice
but to shield her own heartbeat.
But she's in the light now.
And she's learning new ways to breathe
new ways to exist without flinching,
new ways to stay without shrinking.
She should be kind to herself
for she is still unlearning the storms
she were forced to call home.
And healing is not a sprint
it is a slow reopening
a quiet permission
a trembling rebirth.
Let her give herself grace.
She are becoming someone
who no longer survives
but finally lives.
The more you healed, the softer your heart became — not weaker, just wiser.
