Hi, l'm Titilayo Chef. Wife. Mum.
I've been a stay-at-home mum, but grilling has always been my thing. Every time I watch People/families stress over turkey - if not for buying undone, tasteless dry and burnt turkey, or buy, kill, pluck, season, bake... and it still comes out dry.
