You Don't Need More Motivation. You Need a System.
Can I be honest with you about something that took me a while to figure out?
Motivation is a liar.
Not in a mean way. Motivation is exciting, it's energizing, it feels amazing when it shows up.
But motivation is also moody. It comes when it feels like it and leaves without warning.
And if your progress depends on motivation showing up every day, you're going to have a very inconsistent life.
The people who actually build things... real businesses, real wealth, real skills, they're not more motivated than you. They just stopped waiting for motivation and built systems instead.
A system is simple.
A system is: I do this thing at this time, regardless of how I feel.
You want to grow your business? Your system might be: every morning before I check my phone, I spend 30 minutes working on something that will bring in revenue.
You want to build a skill? Your system is: I practice for 45 minutes every day after dinner. Not when I feel like it. Every day after dinner.
You want to save money? Your system is: the moment my money lands, a fixed percentage moves automatically to a separate account. Before I touch it. Before I see it. Before I have a chance to spend it.
Systems remove the negotiation. You stop asking yourself "do I feel like doing this today?" because the answer doesn't matter. The system runs whether you feel like it or not.
Build the system. Trust the system. Let the system carry you on the days when motivation has gone on holiday.
That's how real, consistent progress actually happens.
If your ads break when you try to scale…
They weren’t as good as you thought.
A lot of advertisers celebrate winning campaigns too early.
Low budget works.
A few purchases come in.
ROAS looks strong.
And then they scale it…
And everything falls apart.
Cost per purchase increases.
Performance becomes unstable.
Results disappear.
But scaling doesn’t destroy good ads.
It exposes weak systems.
Weak creatives.
Weak audience depth.
Weak structure.
Weak consistency.
A truly strong ad doesn’t just work at low budget.
It survives pressure.
It performs across different spend levels.
It finds new pockets of audience.
It stays stable when conditions change.
If your ad breaks when you scale it…
It wasn’t a winning ad.
It was just a temporary one.
If you want to learn how to run ads kindly send me a DM and I will put you true
97% of people who see your ad the first time won't buy.
Here's a fact that should change how you think about your ad strategy....
Most people who see your ad, visit your website, or even inquire about your property will not buy on the first contact.
Not because they're not interested. But because they need time.
They need to see you again. They need to be reminded.
This is where retargeting comes in.
Retargeting lets you show specific ads to people who have already interacted with your business, visited your site, watched your video, clicked your ad.
These people are not cold audiences. They already know who you are. They're warm.
And a warm audience converts at a significantly higher rate than a cold one.
So instead of only chasing new people, you set up campaigns that bring warm people back.
Show them a testimonial. Show them a different angle on the property. Give them a reason to take the next step.
This is not complicated to set up. But most real estate businesses are not doing it.
Start doing it.
How do you people off a well performing ad
Immediately you turn a good ad off, do not expect that ad to do well again( except in few lucky cases)
Algorithm isn't your friend. Once you catch a good one, don't joke with it,
I have an active ad that I have never turn off even when I don't need it But to keep the Algorithm on my side
And I make 10x anytime I remember that the ad is running
Algorithm is like a good customer. Once you turn it off, you block that customer and the next customer you will be getting might be the abokis
KEEP YOUR GOOD AD RUNNING EVEN IF YOU ARE HOSPITALIZED
Stop treating ad like a joker or you'll keep struggling

*Why your Facebook ads are getting ignored (even when your offer is good)*
Most people don’t have a “bad ads” problem.
They have a *boring ads problem*.
Your ad might be correct. Proper design. Clear offer. Even good targeting.
But if it looks and sounds like an ad...people will ignore it without thinking.
Because on Facebook, people are not looking for offers. They are looking for something that feels like *real life*.
That’s the first mistake.
The second mistake is trying to look “professional” instead of looking *human*.
Clean graphics, perfect wording, corporate tone… all of that can actually reduce your results.
Why?
Because it creates distance.
It feels like a company talking to a crowd, not a person talking to a person.
And people don’t respond to companies. They respond to voices that feel familiar.
Think about it.
What makes you stop scrolling?
Not:
* “We are a leading brand…”
* “Get premium solutions…”
But something like:
* A warning
* A secret
* A real story
* Something you feel you might miss if you scroll past
Example:
Instead of:
> “We offer premium real estate investment opportunities”
Say:
> “Most people don’t know this land in Eneka is still this cheap… the people buying now are not talking too much about it.”
One feels like marketing.
The other feels like information you should not miss.
That’s the difference.
So before you blame targeting or budget, ask yourself one simple question:
> “Does this feel like something I would stop for if I wasn’t trying to sell anything?”
Because in Facebook ads, attention is not bought with money.
It is earned with *feelings, curiosity, and timing*.

I'm going to show you how I find buyers in Meta Ads Manager. I Mean.... Actual buyers.
Finding the right audience is the most important thing you'll do in Meta Ads.
Let me show you exactly how I do it.
Step 1: Start with your customer avatar.
Before you touch Ads Manager, write this down: Who is my buyer? How old are they? What do they do for work? What problem are they trying to solve right now?
Step 2: Go into Ads Manager. Open Audience Insights or the Audience section when creating an ad set.
Step 3: For location — be SPECIFIC. Don't target an entire country unless you have serious budget. Target the cities or states where your buyers actually are.
Step 4: For interests — this is where most people go wrong. Don't just type obvious keywords. Think like your customer. What do they READ? What PAGES do they follow? What events do they attend?
Step 5: Use Detailed Targeting Expansion CAREFULLY. It can work — but only when you have a proven audience already.
Here's my golden rule: Always test at least 3 different audiences against each other. Let the data tell you who responds best.
Never assume. Always test.
