🚨I’M ANGRY AND I KEEP REACTING BADLY

“Have you ever said something in anger… and regretted it five minutes later?”

Maybe someone pushed your buttons.
Maybe you've been hurt repeatedly.
Maybe you've been keeping things inside for too long.

Then suddenly—you explode.

But here's the thing: your anger may be understandable, but how you respond still matters.

Before you reply, pause.
Take a breath. Walk away if you need to.
Pray before you speak.

You don't have to respond to every provocation immediately.

The Bible says in James 1:19:
“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.”

Being slow to anger doesn't mean pretending you're not hurt.

It means refusing to let your anger control your actions.

Pause. Pray. Then respond.
That's how we solve it with faith.

💬 Be honest: when you're angry, do you go silent, walk away, or say things you later regret?

Sometimes, the wisest thing you can do is step back, pray, and let God take over.

The battle may be too big for you, but it is never too big for God.

Be still. Trust Him. He knows how to defend His own.

Dear Lord, thank You for bringing us into a new week.

Go before us and make every crooked path straight.

Give us wisdom to make the right decisions, strength to overcome every challenge, and grace to remain faithful to You.

May this week bring peace where there is worry, provision where there is need, healing where there is pain, and breakthrough where there has been delay.

Lord, protect our families, bless the work of our hands, and let Your favour speak for us wherever we go.

This week, we shall not lack any good thing. We shall return with testimonies, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen. 🙏🏽
