For the past 14 days, children and adults have been kidnapped and taken into the bush. It is heartbreaking to witness this happening day after day. From toddlers as young as 2, 3, and 4 years old to adults over 30, innocent people are suffering.

Imagine what they are going through every single day. While others celebrate festivals and gatherings, these victims remain in pain, fear, and uncertainty.

Some criminals even record killings and share the videos on social media in a country where the government is fully active. What kind of society are we becoming? Why are the people who contribute the most to our communities the ones suffering the most?

Farmers and teachers may not be rich, but society benefits greatly from their sacrifices and hard work. Their value cannot be measured by wealth.

Instead of seeing stronger efforts to protect lives, insecurity continues to grow while many citizens feel ignored. The poor may not have power or influence, but their pain is real. We will continue to hope, speak out, and demand action until victory is achieved and every life is valued.

💔🇳🇬 Oyo State stood still today as Burna Boy arrived in solidarity with the growing call to bring back 40 innocent school children who were taken from their classrooms and have still not returned home.

Behind every missing child is a mother who cannot sleep.

Behind every missing child is a father pretending to be strong while silently breaking inside.

Behind every missing child is an empty seat in a classroom, a family dining table, and a future hanging in uncertainty.

This is no longer just a news headline.

This is a humanitarian crisis.

These children deserve to be home. They deserve to be safe. They deserve the chance to dream, learn, laugh, and grow.

As teachers, parents, activists, and concerned Nigerians raise their voices in Oyo State today, one message echoes across the nation:

WE WILL NOT BE SILENT.

WE WILL NOT FORGET.

WE WILL NOT STOP ASKING.

Bring back our children.

Bring back their smiles.

Bring back their future.

Nigeria must act.
