After cooking, don’t leave fried rice sitting around for hours. If you’re not eating it immediately, store it properly and refrigerate it as soon as practical.

Also, avoid putting a large quantity into a deep container because the middle can stay warm for too long.

Fried rice is best enjoyed fresh! 😋❤️
