But a space where students begin to show up, speak up, and build something together.

There was a time I realised something important - many students have potential, but lack exposure, guidance, and the right information to shape that potential into something meaningful.
That realization is one of the reasons behind the Student Exposure & Professional Development Initiative (SEPDI).

Recently, we successfully carried out the SEPDI High School Educational Outreach Pilot - engaging with students, sharing insights, and opening conversations around personal development, career paths, and transition readiness for tertiary level education.
One moment that stood out for me was the curiosity of the students, the questions, the eagerness to learn, and the willingness to see beyond their current environment. It was a reminder that sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to shift a mindset.

This is just the beginning.
Our vision is to build a structured platform that consistently reaches students across schools, providing mentorship, exposure, and practical knowledge that prepares them not just for exams, but for life and contribution to society.
Grateful for the opportunity.
Grateful for the impact.
And even more focused on what lies ahead.

The SEPDI High School Educational Outreach Pilot was successfully held.

We are pleased to share the successful completion of the SEPDI High School Educational Outreach Pilot, an initiative designed to engage students, broaden their perspectives, and expose them to opportunities beyond the classroom.

The outreach created a meaningful platform for interaction with students, encouraging conversations around education, personal development, and future possibilities.

This pilot marks an important first step as we continue to explore ways of supporting young people through knowledge, guidance, and exposure.

We appreciate everyone who contributed their time, support, and effort to make this initiative possible.

More engagements ahead.

A few years ago, I met a secondary school student who had good grades, big dreams… but no clear direction.
He didn’t know the right JAMB subject combination, didn’t understand how admissions worked, and believed that failing once meant his future was over.
No one had ever sat him down to explain the system, only to tell him to “work hard.”

That conversation stayed with me.
Because intelligence is not the problem for many Nigerian students.

Guidance is. Exposure is. Support is.

This is why we are launching the SEPDI High School Outreach - 2026 Pilot Programme under The Ben Orgenda Foundation.
In February 2026, we will be visiting selected secondary schools in Jos, Plateau State, focusing on SS3 students who are at the most critical transition point of their academic journey.

Through this outreach, we will provide:
- Career and course guidance.
- WAEC, NECO & JAMB readiness support.
- Admission and tertiary institution awareness.
- Academic mindset and transition preparation.
- Academic quizzes and excellence recognition.
- Targeted JAMB registration support.
- Certificates of participation.

Our goal is simple:
👉 Help students transition into tertiary institutions with clarity, confidence, and direction, not confusion.

We have set a ₦790,000 donation target, and every contribution goes directly into learning materials, student support, logistics, facilitation, and proper documentation of impact.

This is our 2026 pilot programme, and we are intentionally starting small so we can build it right.

Don’t ever be afraid to start over.

There were moments when things didn’t move as planned, while setting up different ventures, ideas had to be reworked, timelines shifted, and foundations had to be laid again, properly.

I’ve learned that starting over is not failure. Sometimes, it’s alignment.

Over time, I stepped back to learn, build quietly, attend professional conferences, sit under mentors, and understand what it truly takes to build credible businesses and sustainable impact. 
One of the most meaningful outcomes of that season is The Ben Orgenda Foundation (BOF) - a platform focused on business structuring, entrepreneurship empowerment, and supporting people, community interventions to contribute meaningfully to our economy.

This journey has taught me:
• Growth requires structure
• Impact requires responsibility
• Vision requires patience

This is Me leaving a digital footprint.2026, a year of clarity, structure, and purposeful building.

Our Purpose-driven year... Beyond Basic-driven.

I am excited to share that I will be attending TARIC 2025 - The 2nd International Colloquium themed “Resilient Futures: Reimagining Architecture in a Changing World.”

For me, architecture is more than design, it is leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to shape the environments where people live, work, and grow.
Every conference, every gathering, every conversation like this is part of my commitment to keep learning, refining my vision, and positioning myself for global impact.

As I continue to build in entrepreneurship, real estate, fashion, media, and through The Ben Orgenda Foundation (BOF), platforms like TARIC help me broaden my perspective and deepen my understanding of how architecture influences the future of communities.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, network, and contribute.
This journey is still unfolding, and every step is intentional.

Through every business I am building, and especially through our nonprofit organization - I’m committed to creating opportunities, building structures, and empowering people to rise.

I may not be where I want to be yet,
but I am exactly where I need to be to grow into the purpose God has placed in me.

This journey is intentional.

Being at Archifest/NIA-BGM/the 65th Annual General Meeting/Archibuilt 2025 placed me in the presence of great minds, innovators, and leaders who are shaping the future of architecture and development in Nigeria.

It wasn’t just an event,
It was a moment of clarity.
A reminder that growth comes with exposure… and exposure comes with responsibility.

I stepped into the room with intention, with vision, and with the quiet confidence of someone who understands that his journey is bigger than himself.

Yesterday expanded my mindset.
Today, I’m building on that momentum.

Stepping Into Spaces That Shape Nations. Learning. Growing. Evolving.

Today, I attended the opening of Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) Biannual General meeting (BGM) - the 65th Annual General Meeting, Archibuilt and National Association of Architects' Student (NAAS), Archifest 2025 - a gathering of brilliant minds, industry leaders, architects, creators, and visionaries from the built and design world across Nigeria.

Being here reminded me of something powerful:
Opportunities don’t wait for your preparation.
They meet you where you show up.

As I connected with dignitaries and industry leaders, it became clear that I should have been more equipped to present The Ben Orgenda Foundation with materials, cards, pitch sheets, and donation guides.
Not because I'm chasing support, but because impact deserves representation.

But every leader learns.
Every builder evolves.
And today refined my vision:
To be intentional.
To be prepared.
To show up at every table with clarity and purpose.

The work of The Ben Orgenda Foundation is bigger than me.
It is a commitment to empower others as I rise; a mission to lift people into the future they deserve.

This experience is not a setback - it is a sharpening.
And I’m walking into tomorrow better, wiser, and more prepared.

We rise.
