I ATE THE CAKE THAT SAID "DON'T TOUCH"... OMO IT WAS A TRAP
One evening, I opened the fridge looking for something to eat. π
Then I saw it.
A beautiful cake. πβ¨
BROTHER.
Not an ordinary cake.
The kind of cake that looks like it has a bright future.
ππ₯
Next to it was a note:
"DON'T TOUCH."
π³
Now, a wise person would have closed the fridge and walked away.
Unfortunately...
I was not that wise person.
π
I stared at the cake.
The cake stared at me.
The note stared at me.
BROTHER.
The temptation was serious.
π
I told myself:
"Just one small piece."
π
Nobody would notice.
Nobody.
ππ₯
So I cut a tiny slice.
A very tiny slice.
A microscopic slice.
π
Then I tasted it.
BROTHER.
The cake was amazing.
π
At that moment, the first slice started looking lonely.
ππ₯
So I took another.
Then another.
Then another.
BROTHER.
By the time I finished negotiating with myself...
Half the cake had disappeared.
I quickly rearranged what was left.
Tried to make it look untouched.
A terrible idea.
π
The cake now looked like it had survived a natural d!saster.
ππ₯
A few hours later, my mum came home.
She opened the fridge.
Silence.
π³
BROTHER.
Parents become d@ngerous when they are quiet.
π
Then she called:
"My friend..."
π
I already knew.
The meeting had begun.
π₯
I walked into the kitchen.
My mum pointed at the cake.
Then pointed at the note.
Then pointed at me.
π
She asked:
"What does this note say?"
I replied:
"Don't touch."
π
She asked:
"And what did you do?"
π
BROTHER.
At that moment, I attempted a defense.
A very weak defense.
π
I said:
"I didn't touch it."
π
My mum looked at the cake.
Looked at the knife.
Looked at me.
Then she asked:
"So the cake volunteered to cut itself?"
ππ₯
BROTHER.
There are some questions that don't need answers.
That's when she revΒ£aled the shocking truth.
The note wasn't even for me.
It was for my younger brother.
π³
BROTHER.
I had broken a rule that wasn't meant for me.
π
And exp0sed myself in the process.
ππ₯
Till today, whenever I see a note that says "Don't touch"...
I remember that curiosity didn't just k!ll the cat.
It embarrassΒ£d the human too. π€£π€£

I TOLD MY MUM THE TEXTBOOK WAS β¦5,000... OMO THE BOOK COST β¦1,000
One day in school, our teacher told us to buy a new textbook. π
The price?
β¦1,000.
Simple.
Affordable.
No pr0blem.
π
BROTHER.
But then a dangerous thought entered my head.
ππ₯
I said to myself:
"If I tell my parents it's β¦5,000, I'll have extra money."
π
The plan sounded brilliant.
At least to me.
π
So I got home and announced:
"Mummy, our teacher said the textbook is β¦5,000."
π
She didn't even argue.
She just gave me the money.
BROTHER.
Too easy.
Way too easy.
ππ₯
The next day, I bought the textbook for β¦1,000.
Then I admired the remaining β¦4,000.
π
I was already planning my future.
Snacks.
Soft drinks.
Small enjoyment.
Life was sweet.
π
A few days later, I returned from school.
Happy.
Relaxed.
Unaware that destiny was warming up.
ππ₯
As I entered the house, I noticed my mum sitting quietly.
Very quietly.
π³
BROTHER.
Parents become terrifying when they are calm.
π
Then she asked:
"My friend... how much did you say that textbook cost?"
π
Immediately, my heart missed a step.
But I stayed strong.
"β¦5,000."
π
BROTHER.
I should have retired from the conversation right there.
ππ₯
Then she said:
"Interesting."
π³
Very interesting.
Too interesting.
π
She continued:
"I spoke with our neighbor today."
π
BROTHER.
THE NEIGHBOR.
ππ₯
The neighbor whose son was in my class.
The neighbor whose mother and my mother talked almost every day.
πππ
Then my mum delivered the final blow.
"Her son bought the same book for β¦1,000."
π³
BROTHER.
GAME OVER.
ππ₯
I started looking around the room.
Not because I was searching for anything.
I was searching for a miracle.
π
None appeared.
π
My mum folded her arms.
I stood there silently.
The textbook sat on the table.
The textbook itself looked d!sappointed in me.
πππ
Finally, she asked:
"So where is the remaining β¦4,000?"
BROTHER.
At that moment, I wished I was the textbook.
π€£π€£π€£πππ₯
Till today, whenever I think I have a smart plan...
I remember one important lesson:
Never underestimate mothers and their information network.
Those people have better intelligence gathering than some governments. ππ

ONE TEXT MESSAGE ALMOST ENDΒ£D MY RELATIONSHIP
One evening, my girlfriend sent me a message:
"We need to talk."
π³
BROTHER.
Four words.
Just four words.
But my heart immediately started behaving like it owed somebody money. π
I replied:
"About what?"
No answer.
π
Five minutes.
No reply.
Ten minutes.
No reply.
BROTHER.
At this point, my imagination had started writing movies.
ππ₯
I began reviewing my entire relationship history.
Did I forget her birthday?
No.
Did I offend her?
I don't think so.
Did I accidentally like an old photo?
π³
BROTHER.
The possibilities were endless.
π
After thirty minutes, she finally replied:
"Don't worry. We'll talk when I see you tomorrow."
πππ
TOMORROW?!
BROTHER.
WHY TOMORROW?
WHY NOT NOW?
ππ₯
That night, I didn't sleep properly.
I was conducting investigations.
I checked old chats.
Checked old pictures.
Checked everything except my blood pressure.
π
The next day, I arrived early.
Very early.
She arrived smiling.
SMILING.
π³
BROTHER.
People don't smile before delivering b@d news.
Or do they?
π
I sat down nervously.
She looked at me and said:
"I have something important to ask you."
ππ₯
My soul packed its bags.
I was ready for anything.
Then she asked:
"What's the password for the streaming account? It logged me out."
π
BROTHER.
THAT WAS IT.
πππ
THE PASSWORD.
THE ENTIRE EMERGENCY WAS ABOUT A PASSWORD.
πππ
I stared at her.
She stared at me.
Then she said:
"Why do you look stressed?"
BROTHER.
HOW DO I EXPLAIN THAT I SPENT THE LAST 18 HOURS PREPARING FOR A BREAKUP THAT NEVER EXISTED?

MISSING CHILD PART 10...... Two mothers who could have been enemies became friends, and a young woman who had been lost was finally found.
Moral lesson: The story of Kemi became a story of hope for other families who had lost children.
It reminded people never to give up hope, to always have faith, and to believe that miracles can happen.
Papa Kemi and Mama Kemi often said, βWe thought we had lost our daughter forever, but God kept her safe and brought her back to us.
Nothing is impossible with God.β Kemi learned that families come in many forms.
She had been blessed with two mothers who loved her, parents who never gave up searching for her, and a second chance at the family bonds that had been stolen from her as a child.
Their story ended not with bitterness or regret, but with love, forgiveness, hope, faith, and gratitude.
The child who had been lost, but now she was found. She had been separated, but now she was home.
And everyone agreed that this was not just a happy ending, but a beautiful new beginning for all of them. The end.

MISSING CHILD PART 9......βYou are part of our family now,β Mama Kemi told Farida. βYou raised our daughter. You are her mother, too.
We will not take that away from you or from her.β Tears flowed as the two mothers embraced.
It was a moment of forgiveness, understanding, and love. In the months that followed, Kemi got to know her biological parents.
She learned about her history, met relatives she never knew existed, and heard stories about her early childhood.
Papa Kemi and Mama Kemi told her how much they had loved her, how they had never stopped searching for her, and how they had prayed for her every single day. Kemi also maintained her relationship with Farida.
She realized that it was possible to love both of her mothers, the one who gave birth to her and the one who raised her.
Both women had given her the greatest gift, love. The community celebrated the reunion as a testimony of faith, hope, and the mysterious ways in which God works.
The story of Kemiβs disappearance and miraculous return became well-known throughout Ondo State and beyond.
Kemi continued her work at the bank, now with her father as one of her proud customers.
Mama Kemi would visit her at work sometimes just to see her and make sure she was real and not a dream.
Years of pain and separation had ended. A family that was torn apart by a tragic accident had been restored

MISSING CHILD PART 8..... When she came to, she was laughing and crying at the same time.
βMy baby. My baby is back. After 20 years, my baby is back.β Papa Kemi couldnβt stop smiling and crying. He held Kemiβs face in his hands.
All these years, I prayed to see you again. I never stopped hoping, and God has answered our prayers.β The news spread quickly through their community in Ondo State.
Friends and family members who had supported Papa Kemi and Mama Kemi through the years came to celebrate with them.
The house that had been silent and sad for so many years was once again filled with joy and laughter. Kemiβs return was like a miracle.
People who heard the story were amazed at how God had kept her safe all those years and brought her back to her parents in such an unexpected way.
But there was still one important matter to address. What about Farida? Kemi sat down with her biological parents and explained everything Farida had done for her. βShe raised me with love.
She gave me education. She taught me values. Yes, she kept me from you, but she also gave me life.
Without her, I might not have survived that day in the bushes.β Mama Kemi, despite her own pain at losing 20 years with her daughter, understood.
βShe saved your life, and for that we will always be grateful. She is also your mother, the mother who raised you. We should honor that.β Papa Kemi agreed. βWhat matters most is that you are alive and well.
Farida may have made a mistake by not reporting finding you, but she also loved you and cared for you. We can be angry, or we can be grateful.
I choose gratitude.β They invited Farida to their home. It was an emotional meeting.
Farida was they would hit her, but instead they thanked her for keeping Kemi alive and raising her to be such a wonderful person

MISSING CHILD PART 7......So, so youβre not my real mother? My parents are somewhere out there and they donβt know Iβm alive? Iβm sorry, Kemi. Iβm so sorry, Farida cried.
I loved you so much. I raised you as my own. I gave you everything I had. But, I should have told you the truth. I should have tried harder to find your real parents.
Kemi didnβt know what to feel. She was angry, confused, and sad all at once. But, as she looked at Farida crying, she also felt love.
This woman had raised her, cared for her, and loved her for all these years. Mommy, Kemi said quietly, using the name she had always called Farida. I donβt know how to feel right now.
Iβm confused and hurt, but I also know that you loved me and took care of me. You gave me a good life.
After some time, Kemi spoke again. Mommy, I think I may have met my father. Farida looked up in shock.
What? How? Kemi told her about Papa Kemi, the man who came to the bank, how he had told her about his missing daughter named Kemi, and the strange connection she felt with him.
βThat must be him.β Farida said. βThat must be your real father. Oh, Kemi, what have I done? Iβve kept a family apart for all these years.β
They talked deep into the night and finally they made a plan. Farida would go with Kemi back to Ondo State and they would find a way to approach Papa Kemi and tell him the truth.
The following week, Farida traveled to Ondo State, but when Kemi went to work, she discovered that she didnβt know how to find Papa Kemi.
She asked her colleagues if they knew him, but no one could help her because they had so many customers.
Then Kemi had an idea. She went to the bankβs records and found Papa Kemiβs file
In it, she found his phone number and address. Her hands were shaking as she picked up the phone to call him. βHello?β Papa Kemi answered.
βGood afternoon, sir. This is Kemi from the bank. Iβm sorry to disturb you.β She said nervously.
βOh, Kemi, is there a problem with my account again?β he asked with concern.
the report. Then he looked up with a smile. βCongratulations. The test confirms with 99.9% certainty that this young lady is indeed your biological daughter.β
Mama Kemi let out a cry of joy and fainted. Everyone rushed to help her.
