Business Etiquette and Common Courtesy
A 1-day course coming up Saturday, June 21, 2014
Overview:
Do manners matter? You bet. A company without common courtesies gives potential and existing customers the wrong reasons to not like them and in return experiences decline in loyalty and patronage. If your company is going to give customers a reason to not like them, it should be a substantial one – not ill manners from employees.
From the perspective of an individual, when you don’t use manners and common courtesies, it shows a lack of consideration and professionalism. People then make judgments about you regardless of your abilities.
This program provides guidelines for common business etiquette and courtesies, how to show respect for yourself and others, how to establish positive connections with anyone, and how to choose polite and positive responses to rude behavior. Time Managment Course - March 22, 2014.
Many time management systems exist and numerous productivity books and courses attempt to impose one system or the other on their audience. These systems prove to be effective at first, but seem to get forgotten over time and people fall back to their bad habits once more.
Over time, as more systems are learned and tested, there comes a sense of pessimism with consequent belief that no matter what time management system is used, the result is never good.
At Complete Skills, we have realized that imposing any particular system on participants does not necessarily lead to increased productivity. As a result, we have tailored this course to make it as effective as possible not just in the short term, but also in the long term.
To achieve this, the course focuses on fundamental principles, guidelines, attitudes and organization systems. Based on these principles and examples of such systems, participants form their own system based on their own life style.
In our experience, this has proven to be much more effective and even months after the course, our participants report that they have become more productive as a result of this course. We are proud of this and continuously work to improve this course.
