Winning an election is ONE THING!
Governing responsibly is ANOTHER!
Across Africa, many capable individuals aspire to public office, but very few receive structured preparation on how to navigate political party systems, electoral institutions, build political capital, uphold ethics, and deliver real impact once elected.
The SPPG Public Leaders Network (SPLN) is convening a high-level virtual colloquium designed to prepare aspiring leaders, political actors, reform advocates, and engaged citizens for the real demands of public office.

We were invited by the Department of Science at the Federal Technical College to engage students during their annual Science Week, themed “From Skill to Solution: Technology for a Smart and Sustainable Future.”
The event was designed to promote scientific inquiry, innovation, critical thinking, and the practical application of science and technology to real-world challenges among science, technical, and vocational students.
During the session, our STEM Lead showcased our practical approach to problem-solving, demonstrating how innovative ideas can be architected into scalable solutions for nation-building. The presentation also highlighted how we are empowering young students through structured knowledge transfer and hands-on learning delivered through our STEM Clubs across secondary schools. It was delightfully to share and educate the next generation of innovators.
Empowering the next generation of innovators remains central to our mission at The Innovation Centre. Through our SPV STEM Club Lagos, we focus on practical knowledge transfer, equipping students with the skills to design and build real-world solutions that can scale for broader societal impact.
We recently had an inspiring visit to Federal Technical College, Yaba, where members of our STEM Club showcased their Solar Power Bank innovation. It was exciting to see such bright young minds actively engaging with sustainable energy solutions and exploring how technology can shape a more resilient future.
Our ambition is to scale this initiative across Nigeria, expanding access to hands-on STEM learning and innovation. Step by step, we are working to charge up the future, one student at a time.

Nigeria will launch the highly anticipated National Single Window (NSW) platform on March 27, a move the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, described as a “monumental” step toward transforming the country’s trade ecosystem.
Gbajabiamila made the disclosure during a stakeholders’ meeting at the State House in Abuja attended by ministers, heads of agencies, and key government officials.
The National Single Window platform is designed to simplify and promote ease of import and export trade across Nigeria.
West Africa Industrialisation, Manufacturing & Trade Summit & Exhibition serves as a pivotal platform uniting regional and international industries stakeholders to drive the region’s industrialisation journey. Accelerating West Africa’s Sustainable Industrial Revolution for Economic Prosperity.
The Innovation Centre will be represented by our founder who will be speaking on Innovation and Future Technology especially as regards the work we do at the Centre.
The Federal Government has launched the Nigeria Industrial Policy 2025, positioning industrialization as a national priority backed by clear targets and deliberate ex*****on.
Structured around 1 goal, 6 core objectives, 4 priority sectors and a 4-pronged incentive framework, the policy aligns incentives, unlocks long-term finance, strengthens local content, and shifts Nigeria from import dependence to export competitiveness with a target of increasing manufacturing’s share of GDP to 25% by 2035.
From oil & gas to construction and manufacturing, this marks a coordinated push toward a resilient, inclusive and globally competitive industrial economy.
