By the way, this is how I choose to prepare my Akara. I love to keep it simple. No Maggi, No curry, i don't grind my beans with the peppers because i Iike it pure white and fluffy on the inside.

As an Akwaibom girl , this was how I saw it being prepared growing up, even when I visited my home town and also by many who are from my place living outside Akwaibom. I love it this way.
