Today, we celebrate the power of food — the bridge that connects people, cultures, and communities. Food is more than sustenance; it’s life itself. This year’s theme, “Water is Life, Water is Food. Leave No One Behind,” reminds us that every drop counts and every meal matters. Let’s cherish our food, protect our water, and ensure no one goes hungry.
✨ Together, we can nourish the world
Happy World Food Day 2025✌️✌️✌️✌️

Five basic rules of life.

The quality of the individuals you surround yourself with has a significant impact on your life, far outweighing the sheer number of people in your network. Having a close-knit circle of supportive, inspiring, and positive individuals can build personal growth, encourage meaningful conversations, and provide invaluable guidance during challenging times. On the other hand, a large group of acquaintances lacking genuine connection or similar values may lead to superficial interactions and distract you from your true goals. Therefore, it’s crucial to prioritize nurturing relationships with those who uplift you, challenge you in constructive ways, and share your vision for the future. Always see opportunities in challenges, not challenges in any given opportunity be an optimist, not a pessimist.

The people I admire most have one thing in common: They pull others up with them. They don't just climb the ladder. They build it. Here’s how to follow their example: 1. Instead of keeping contacts to yourself: → Introduce people who can benefit each other → Pass along opportunities you can't pursue → Highlight someone else's talent for a role 2. Instead of guarding what you know: → Guide someone junior → Share wisdom from setbacks → Share what you’ve learned publicly 3. Instead of comparing and competing: → Collaborate on projects → Refer business to peers → Celebrate others' wins Scarcity mindset says: “There’s not enough to go around.” Abundance mindset says: “We can build more when we build together.” This week, try this: 1. Facilitate a thoughtful introduction 2. Forward a lead you can’t follow up on 3. Praise someone’s work publicly 4. Offer to help without expecting anything back Your success multiplies when others succeed with you. Stop building taller fences. Start building longer tables. Tag someone who opened a door for you

This quote truly inspires me, and I totally agree with its essence.
It reminds us that mastery is never an overnight phenomenon but rather the outcome of consistent deliberate practice, resilience, and the courage to embrace failure as part of the process.
Every expert in their field started out as a novice, full of uncertainties and questions. It was their determination and perseverance, their refusal to give up in the face of challenges, that allowed them to grow and develop their skills.
Each step they took, no matter how small, was vital in their journey toward mastery.
In today’s context, this speaks volumes about the importance of having a growth mindset and adopting continuous improvement strategies.
Whether in business, leadership, or personal growth, incremental progress compounds into transformational results.
So, remember that persistence is key; every great achievement begins with a willingness to learn and the strength to keep moving forward, even when the path gets tough. This is not just motivation but it is the foundation of sustainable success and long-term value creation.

Your people are your first customers.
Mistreat them - and the real customers walk.
Every. Single. Time.
The brutal truth:
➟ Customer experience is just a mirror.
➟ If your people feel unseen, unheard, or undervalued-
➟ your customers will feel it too.
Drained teams deliver the bare minimum.
Inspired teams deliver magic.
So stop chasing customer scores.
Start with how you treat your people.
Customer magic begins with employee magic: 👇
1. Respect sparks ownership
Rules crush initiative. Respect creates pride.
2. Recognition outlasts perks
Perks fade. Genuine appreciation sticks.
3. Growth fuels service
Burnout kills it. Development fuels it.
4. Trust unleashes initiative
Micromanaged people tick boxes. Trusted people move mountains.
5. Flexibility builds loyalty
Life happens. Flexibility earns commitment.
6. Listening creates care
Heard employees create cared-for customers.
7. Purpose makes people unstoppable
Pay matters. Purpose multiplies it.
8. Belonging energizes teams
Belonging sparks energy. Exclusion drains it.
9. Empowerment drives solutions
Disempowered teams blame. Empowered teams solve.
💡 The aha:
Customers will never love a company
that its employees don’t love first.
→ Take care of your people
→ They take care of your customers
→ Everyone wins.
Because the real measure of leadership
isn’t the profits you report-
it’s the lives you uplift.
How are you investing in your people this week?
♻ Repost to remind leaders where true customer experience begins.

12 signs you're a great leader.
You have to consistently:
1) Be humble
Admit you don't know it all, and actively seek ideas and input from others.
2) Deliver valuable feedback
Care about growth, offering honest guidance with clarity and compassion.
3) Lift others up
Give credit generously, advocate for your people, and help them shine, even if it puts you in the background.
4) Empower, not micromanage
Lead with trust, giving people the freedom to make decisions and take ownership.
5) Stay supportive
Autonomy doesn't mean abandonment - you're there to clear obstacles and provide backup when needed.
6) Lead by example
Whether it's grinding or resting, model the behavior you expect from your team.
7) Inspire motivation
Help others connect to a deeper purpose, and push them to reach new levels of potential.
8) Show appreciation
Notice effort, acknowledge wins, and say thank you, often and sincerely.
9) Take responsibility
Own your missteps, hold yourself accountable, and work to fix what's broken.
10) Defend your people
Protect your team from blame, politics, and bad behavior - even when it's inconvenient.
11) Act with integrity
Be honest, consistent, and someone others are proud to work with.
12) Lead with empathy
Genuinely care about your team as people, not just as performers.
None of these are secret tactics -
Or especially complicated.
In fact, they're skills anyone can learn.
What separates great leaders is how often - and how reliably - they show up this way.
Pick one or two to practice,
And then build from there.
Great leaders aren't born that way.
They're built - day by day, habit by habit.
Be the one who puts in the reps.
P.S. Any skills you'd add?

💼 Thinking about quitting your job?
It’s a tough decision, right? 🤔
In this Scenario, do you thing the employee is at fault ?
Boss: “You arrived 10 minutes late.”
Employee: “Yesterday I stayed late finishing that last-minute report.”
Boss: “I understand… but rules are rules.”
The next day, the employee arrived exactly on time.
And at 6:00 p.m. sharp, shut down the computer.
No extra emails. No work taken home.
If punctuality is non-negotiable, then effort must have boundaries too.
Recognition cannot be one-sided.
When mistakes are highlighted but dedication is ignored, the real message becomes clear:
“Do only what’s required. Nothing more.”
Empathy costs nothing.
The absence of it? That can cost you everything—especially your best people
