Some use the word depressed when they are confused.
Some other used the word depression when they are only sad momentarily.
Some use the word mental breakdown when they are only physically tired due to an actual physical activity they have engaged in.
And many other do not know that poor mental health is not same as mental illness.
Discussing mental health has been one that I advocate for so much. In our contemporary world, different label exist for differences experiences. It is important you truly listen to people to understand what they meant to say.
