1. Planning is not lack of faith. It's REAL FAITH in Practice. As we know, Faith is the substance of things hope for. A plan also is a substance, a picture, of things not seen yet, awaiting concrete actions. Gen.11:6

2. Planning is not some sort of motivational science. It's real WISDOM at Work. Prov.9:1, 24:3. So, attempting to build a skyscraper without a plan is foolishness.

3. Planning is not a concept that originates from man. It started with God. Planning is a divine act. If God is a planner (Jer.29:11) therefore, and we are made in his image, that makes us potential planners.

4. Planning is not a casual exercise. It's a serious work. Not a momentary mental occupation but a thorough thinking backed up with writing and calculations. Luke14:28-30

How To Plan For 2020

1. Have a Concrete MENTAL PICTURE of what you want to achieve in the coming year. Be specific about each one of them. Jer.1:11-12

2. Write down those specifics as your goals for 2020, which may be business enlargement, marital settlement, professional advancement, getting a bigger apartment or a landed property. Hab.2:2

3. Write down what you need to do or materials to get, to turn your goals into realities. Luke14:28-29

4. Present your goals before God for approval, divine support and strength to accomplish them. Prov.16:1,9

5. Give yourself fully to accomplishing each of those goals one after the other. Work your goals out with all passion. John 4:34

My prayer is that 2020 will really count for you in Jesus name. May all your goals see the light of the day early. You are made for MORE.
