How to do this: Go to your dashboard, where some options are listed above: home, insights, creation, growth, and monetization.

Click on growth - invite people to connect - , and it will show you your top performing posts with an 'invite' button.

Clicking on this will automatically send out bulk invites to your non-followers who reacted to those posts.

2. In the professional mode, you can now send out your top performing posts to Facebook groups you're in by following the same steps as in number 1.

3. By engaging in the weekly challenges in the Facebook professional mode, Facebook guides you on the exact things to do to grow your community and they reward you with badges to show your top achievements.
