Lagos, you get the best of us this weekend. We are pleased to once again be at where our Founder, Foluke Oyeleye, will be hosting a book chat. Come with your wonderful kids and let’s have a good time talking books and more!
Thank you, Black British Book Festival! 💛📚
Our very first UK festival outing was such a joy! We loved meeting so many children, parents, educators, and book lovers at the Barbican Centre.
From heartfelt conversations to the wonderful feedback on our I Am A Nigerian In… series and our new Chuka and the Basketball Legends comic, we’re so grateful for your warmth and encouragement.
Every kind word reminded us why we tell these stories — to inspire young dreamers everywhere with representative stories that reflect who they are and who they can be.
Huge thanks to the organisers of the for such an inspiring event, and to everyone who stopped by, browsed, bought, or signed up to stay in touch. We can’t wait to see you again!

Ada Lovelace was the world’s first computer programmer? 💡 She imagined how numbers could tell stories and create possibilities far beyond maths. Her vision showed the world that women belong in science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM). 🌍🔢 Today, we celebrate her brilliance and the countless young girls who, like Ada, are dreaming big and building the future. 🚀💜
