*UPDATE: MEETING BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE OF DOM AND SUP EVANG ROTIMI OLAOSEBIKAN*

Calvary Greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In reference to the update titled “Brief of Meeting between the Pastor and Executive members of the DOM” dated July 30th 2023, I will like to update the general public, especially all Celestians on the outcome of the meeting scheduled between the Executives Members of the DOM and Sup Evang Rotimi Olaosebikan. The meeting had in attendance high-level clergy of the CCC in the USA, Sup Evang Rotimi Olaosebikan, the Executive representatives of the DOM and his Eminence Rev EMF Oschoffa.

The meeting had two sessions; the first session was a very tough session, which led to the second session that had only selected persons in attendance.

At the meeting, all major issues regarding the DOM and Sup Evang Rotimi Olaosebikan were sorted out, and everyone agreed to work in line with the Pastor’s directive on the DOM.

The Pastor, Rev EMF Oschoffa reiterates that he instituted the DOM and advised all to align and work together in accordance with the Schedule of DOM appointees.

On the above success, the Supreme Board of DOM uses this medium to inform us all that we shall be having a general meeting for Saturday, 26th August 2023.

All concerned persons shall get further details of the meeting from the HOD Media and Publicity.

DOCUMENTATION, ARCHIVING AND HARMONIC ARRANGEMENT OF C.C.C HYMN.

The attention of the Supreme Board of the Directorate of Music had been drawn to the subject matter above(on the arrangement of some of the hymns of the church by various individuals.)

This is to inform us that all matters as regarding musical documentation and other related matters should be addressed to the Supreme Board through the Secretary General Liturgical Music, through HOD melodic and Harmonic Documentation, in order for us to achieve the set goal of accurate archiving, unifying, standardizing and promoting the originality of C.C.C Hymns.

Henceforth, we encourage individuals who have interest in the documentation, archiving, harmonic arrangement and et al. to get in touch with the HOD Melodic and Harmonic Documentation department @⁨~S~Klef_.The Hymn Maker⁩ of the DoM.

This will help the church sanitize the challenges in variances on both the melodic and Harmonic arrangement of CCC hymns.

Press Release: Rev. Pastor E.M.F Oshoffa inaugurates CCC Directorate of Music W/W.

As part of his commitment to further develop the Church’s music ministry, Rev. Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa (Pastor & Spiritual Head, CCC W/W) has approved the setup and inauguration of the CCC Directorate of Music.

The objective of this mission is to further expand the structure of the Church’s music ministry, helping to address long-standing issues and challenges. He further reiterates that, it is imperative to incorporate sub-groups that will oversee and manage other key areas such as Choir & Choirmasters, Music Education, Talent development and Music as enterprise for the Church. The directorate will also work to help re-engineer and optimize the functions of the CCC Central Choir.

The inauguration event held on the 23rd and 24th of June 2023 at CCC Agidingbi Cathedral was well attended with top clergy reps in attendance such as Most Superior Evangelist Akindoyin, Venerable Superior Evangelist Ogunronbi (State Evangelist, CCC Lagos State), Asst. Venerable Superior Evangelist Orolu (CCC Seminary) and others. The event was also graced by delegates from the CCC Seminary, senior shepherds and notable founding members of the Celestial Church of Christ Central Choir W/W.

Expert presentations on liturgy of music, growing the central choir, music as an economic tool for institutional growth and other key areas were delivered by notable facilitators such as Professor Femi Faseun, Asst. Venerable Superior Evangelist Yinka Are, Evangelist Seyi Solagbade, Bro. Muyiwa Olaitan and others. Highlight of the event was the Pastoral Benediction by His Eminence, Rev. Pastor E.M.F Oshoffa rendered virtually to the admiration of all.

WHO WE ARE:
C.C.C. Directorate of Music is a body, established by the Pastor, of C.C.C. Worldwide, Rev. E.M.F. Bilehou Oshoffa, after resolution of a conflict meeting amongst the executives of the C.C.C. Central Choir. The Pastor’s conclusion was that, the both parties, is to come up with their proposal each, in which the proposals were synergized to form C.C.C. Directorate of Music.
The directorate has two wings to fly, like an eagle, known as; Music Education and Liturgical Music, which simply means THE DIRECTORATE OF MUSIC EDUCATION, AND LITURGICAL MUSIC.
