DOES MINIMUM WAGE APPLY TO DOMESTIC STAFF?
Domestic work is real work. If it gets done in your home, it deserves a real wage.
Pay fairly. Not because it is trendy, but because it’ is right. Minimum wage doesn’t stop at office walls. Your home isn’t an exception.
Respect starts with pay. Anything less is just convenience at someone else’s expense. If the work is essential, the pay should be too.
