Remember, the past does not define you. Those painful experiences do not dictate your worth or your future, so don't allow your past experiences stop you from becoming the best version of you. You are more than what happened to you. You are a unique, beautiful, and capable individual with so much to offer the world.

Don't let the shadows of yesterday hold you back from embracing the sunshine of tomorrow. You have a greater future ahead of you, full of hope, love, and joy. It's okay to acknowledge your scars, but don't let them control your narrative, DON'T.

You are capable of healing, of growing, and of thriving. Surround yourself with love, support, and positivity. Seek help when you need it, and never be afraid to share your story.
