URSELF YOU ARE RARE, YOU ARE STRONG

Being a person with albinism is not just about having lighter skin… it’s about living in a world that doesn’t always understand you but still choosing to shine anyway.

Every day, I remind myself:

🌞 Protect your skin like your life depends on it because it does. Sunscreen is not optional, it’s survival.
🕶️ Protect your eyes see the world clearly, even if the world doesn’t always see you clearly.
💧 Care for your skin gently your body deserves love, not harshness.
🏥 Go for checkups your health is your greatest wealth.

But beyond all that…

❤️ Protect your mind.
❤️ Protect your confidence.
❤️ Protect your peace.

Because the truth is, the biggest battle is not the sun… it’s the way people look at you, talk about you, or misunderstand you.

But listen carefully:

You are not a mistake.
You are not “different” in a bad way.
You are unique, rare, and powerful.

Your skin tells a story.
Your journey builds strength.
Your existence is a statement.

So stand tall. Walk proud. Take care of yourself — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.

💬 Tell me… how do YOU take care of yourself as a person with albinism?
