When it comes to closing sales, you need to reduce and limit the number of things your customer has to do before they place an order.

On Instagram & Facebook, we're used to
1. Send a DM
2. Make Payment
3. Receive item

Do not things like
1. Screenshot the product & DM for price.
2. Send an Email
3. Confirm the email
4. Pay on WhatsApp only
5. Delivery takes 10 day

etc etc.

Reduce your order process to a maximum of 3 actions and watch people buy from you.

You may be the reason why customers do not buy from you.

Here's how:

- Your captions do not have CTA's
- There is no clear product description
- You make them do extra things to contact you
- There is no price in your captions
- You don't have a payment link

Customers like simple things.
When you over complicate issues, it becomes hard to buy from you.
