I say this because it is my second time reading this book and my takeaways this time is so different from when I first read it,
So that said,

Takeaway 1:
Wealth Creation is more mental than Physical. While earning more is fine, becoming highly Skilled is good to have, Creating Wealth is majorly hinged on the way you view life, opportunities, your ability to stay on a course, think differently and see things differently.
Takeaway 2:
Train your Risk Muscle. After all what’s life without Risks? You won’t get away lurking in the shadows and being too scared to launch out.
We don’t fail we learn after all.
Takeaway 3:
The importance of getting guides. Seek knowledge and Pay for it. It’s always the cheaper alternative.
Takeaway 4:
Habits make or break you. Choose habits that are always in your best interest every time.

In a bid to provide our clients and prospective clients the much-needed data to make the best investment decision,
We did our quarterly research on properties available for rent in several locations in Lagos State.
This was done to give insights on the current trends in certain locations and to highlight opportunities that may exist in these locations.
Generally we see Lekki Phase 1 being the highest location with properties for rent which is a direct reflection of the amount of investors who found the location very attractive.
We drew up comparisons between Small unit Apartments (3 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms & 1 Bedroom) and Duplexes.
We observed that places like a Ikota, Lekki phase 2, Lafiaji and Osapa had more duplexes in the market than smaller unit apartments.
For investors this could be a hint of an opportunity to provide more smaller unit Apartments and fill existing supply gaps.
Though further research will be required to ascertain why duplexes are preferred by developers or if we should attribute this trend to a herd mentality playing out.
Another obvious trend we see is the steady slow decrease of properties listed for rent as we move further away
From lekki phase 1 with VGC (Victoria Garden City) being the exception which could be as a result of the estate not being an emerging location
The decrease shows that properties closest to the Lekki Phase are most desirous by developers and by extension Renters
Hence we can conclude that investors who choose to develop smaller properties in places like Ikota, Lafiaji and Lekki Phase 2 because of limited supply of small apartments would not have a lot of competition if they choose to go into creating smaller unit houses and will most likely have the ability to rent their properties at good prices since there exists little competition to contend with.

How will 10million naira make you feel right now?
Just sit back and relax on your chair and imagine how an extra 10milli would feel like
