As of last year June, I struggled with panic attack, it was really bad and during that period I had exams😪, daughter of man couldn't read properly.
On the day of exam, oh chisos, my heart started beating at a very high rate🥴, I had to call my mom, explained everything, she prayed for me, then told me to take a Deep Breath, breathe in and out 5 times or there about.
I tried it and fwheeeew, my body started acting normal gradually. That was how I managed to write the exam.
I stumbled on a song by [Hillsongs titled Peace) on YouTube, listened to it after exams where done, trust me the feeling I got was massive. I began to experience healing in my mind, soul and body. Till today, panic attack no longer finds its way to me. Shout Hallelujah 🥳🥳
