Riddle 2
I am taken from many sources and shut up in a document, from which I am never released. I am used to support an argument or build a theory. Almost every academic relies on me, but I have no value unless proven true. What am I?
HINT: When digging into the world of research and analysis, it's clear that the real treasure lies in the foundation, not the final verdict. A well-crafted conclusion might impress, but without a solid base, it's nothing more than speculation. The true value lies in the substance that backs up the claims, and that's what truly matters.

Riddle 1
I run, yet I have no legs. I speak louder than any CEO, telling nations where to put their wealth. I am tracked daily, measured constantly, and my sentiment can make a millionaire or a pauper overnight. What am I?
Think of the market as a massive, living organism. It doesn't move just because the numbers say so; it moves because of how millions of people feel about those numbers. If enough investors panic, the market dropsβthat's fear taking over. If everyone feels optimistic, it climbs. Ignoring this psychological driver is one of the biggest mistakes a beginner investor can make. The numbers tell you what happened, but sentiment tells you why.

A contractual arrangement based on anything other than merit will compromise the integrity of vital, sometimes lifesaving, research and further erode confidence in American higher education.

The Score That Shook Nigeria
The 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results were out, and Nigeria was abuzz with anxiety. Families gathered around screens, fingers crossed, as they checked their scores. Some erupted in joy, while others were consumed by despair.
Amina, a bright-eyed candidate, had worked tirelessly for months. When she saw her score, she burst into tears β not of joy, but of disappointment. "How could I have done so poorly?" she wondered.
A Nation Divided
As scores trickled in, a disturbing trend emerged. Over 75% of candidates scored below 200 out of 400 marks. Social media was flooded with complaints of technical glitches, missing questions, and inconsistencies during the exam.
Candidates and parents demanded answers, calling for a thorough investigation. "This is a disaster," one parent lamented. "My child studied hard, and now they're being penalized for the system's failures."
The Fallout
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) faced intense scrutiny. Candidates and parents flooded social media with pleas for review and remark.
Dr. Tunji Alausa, the Minister of Education, attributed the high failure rate to the government's efforts to combat examination malpractice. "We're fighting cheating," he said. "Some students will inevitably suffer."
A Cry for Justice
Candidates and parents weren't convinced. "We want our scores rechecked," they chorused. "We want fairness." The hashtag trended on social media, with stories of students' struggles and frustrations.
Amara, another candidate, shared her story. "I studied for months, attending tutorials and practicing past questions. But when I saw my score, I felt like I'd been punched in the gut."
The Aftermath
As Nigeria grappled with the fallout, one thing became clear β the UTME results had exposed deeper issues. The system needed reform, and students needed support.
The question on everyone's lips was: "What's next?" Would JAMB set up a review panel and would JAMB's review panel bring justice, or would the scores stand? Only time would tell.
COMMENT BELOW
In the midst of uncertainty, Nigerian students showed resilience.
What's your expectation at the end and why?

The Man With Too Many Options
Ahmed had always dreamed of owning a restaurant. One day, he finally saved enough to make his dream a reality. But as he began planning, he was overwhelmed by choices.
Should he serve Nigerian cuisine or try something new like vegan food? Should he open in Lagos or Abuja? The options seemed endless.
Ahmed spent months researching, agonizing over every decision. He lost sleep, gained weight, and felt increasingly anxious.
One day, Ahmed met an old restaurateur who asked him, "What's your passion?" Ahmed replied, "I love cooking Nigerian food." The old man smiled and said, "Then cook what you love."
Ahmed took the advice and opened a small Nigerian restaurant in Lagos. It quickly became a hit, not because it was perfect, but because it was authentic.
The Lesson
Sometimes, too many choices can paralyze us. By focusing on what truly matters β our passion and values β we can break free from the paradox of choice and find success.

The Unspoken Words of Eze
Eze, a young musician, sought out the wisdom of his grandfather, a griot known for his silence. Whenever Eze visited, his grandfather would sit quietly, eyes closed, as if listening to the wind.
One day, Eze poured out his heart, sharing his struggles and dreams. His grandfather remained silent, nodding occasionally. Eze felt frustrated, wondering if his grandfather truly understood.
But as he spoke, Eze began to hear his own voice, to notice the rhythm of his words, and to feel the weight of his emotions. His grandfather's silence was like a drumbeat, steady and true.
When Eze finished speaking, his grandfather opened his eyes and said, "The river doesn't need to shout to flow." In that moment, Eze understood the power of silence β not as absence, but as presence.
The Lesson
Sometimes, the most profound wisdom lies in the spaces between words. By embracing silence, you can tap into your own inner rhythm, listen more deeply, and find the flow of your true self.
