Another week without good internet connection.

I called again this morning, still the same old story, "we will follow up with the engineers"

Messages are being ignored on WhatsApp

My internet has been down since Saturday last week

My husband and I have made several calls

Uncountable WhatsApp messages

Several emails correspondence

Yet, their engineers haven't showed up since Saturday.
