At Meta Connect, Mark Zuckerberg revealed the Meta Neural Band, a wristband that reads electrical signals traveling from your brain to your hand. Using electromyography (EMG) technology, it detects subtle finger movements you're only thinking about, not actually making. The band translates these neural impulses into commands for Meta Ray-Ban Display smart glasses, letting you type and navigate without voice commands or physical touch.

The technology is non-invasive and works silently. Zuckerberg typed messages at 30 words per minute just by thinking about hand movements. This is Meta's answer to smartphone addiction and Apple's app store dominance. The company spent $70 billion developing it over four years. The Meta Neural Band ships alongside the Ray-Ban Display glasses right now.
