As evidenced in the comment section, when my counsel called Mr. Marshall, they collectively turned against me. Mr. Marshall's statement that the church could imprison me raises questions about the grounds for such action. No proper treatment No compensation as agreed

The Office of Public Defence ilorin Court ogba House,, asked me to right petition, and to be printed in 3 copies, I called Mr Mashall @ NEWS CENTRAL TV that the court asked me to write petition in 3 copies, he said OK that I should asked them for format ,I wrote the petition and they signed it holding 2 copies then I was give 1 copy .
I called Mr Mashall that the petition has been signed what next ? He said I should bring it to his office,that I should hand it over to one of the Secretaries which I did.
Anytime I called he is out of town, time keep moving,
My hand became useless, I can't move it or fold it despite series of treatment although it was local treatment, because Mr Adeoluwa CSO of household of God church said that Pastor Chris Okotie doesn't have that kind of money for the treatment in the Hospital if not the hand would have been functioning accurately.
From November 2025 to February 2026 I keep texting Mashall he keep giving me hopes,after he returned we go on air to let the world see, then he he sent #5000 naira for me
Ms o c osadara fixed the date between me and the church on 19th February 2026, she wrote a letter to the church Mr Mashall paid #4000 naira for the delivering

Till January this year 2026,I got another phone went back to SAMUEL ILORIN COURT ,this young girl introduced herself as the one in charge of my case ,
Ms. O C Osadara ,I watched her closely, she is sent ,she asked what Happened I explained everything to her ,to her the injuries was just Ordinary hand,she keep siding the church, asking irrelevant questions, asking for the receipt of the native treatment, when I have told her it was not treated at the hospital, I have known and seen it clearly that she was sent against me, as I didn't allow her to confuse me .
Ms O C Osadara told me that I have to provide lawyer by myself since I insisted on 5 million compensation as agreed in alausa police station ikeja, I said OK I know what to do ,
I left I called Mashall from the NEWS CENTRAL TV, I went to see him at his office the TV station, I explained everything the Ms o c osadara told me ,Mr Mashall asked for her number, I gave him
Mr Mashall called her in my from on loud speaker,Identified himself then asked why she told me to look for lawyer when they suppose to provide one,they talked and Mr Mashall asked if they can work together that I have suffered Ms oc osadara knowing fully I have taken the case to TV station, she asked me to come to court
After 2days I went to Samuel ilorin Court ,Ms oc Osadara started shouting, panicking that I took the OPD to TV station, that she didn't ask me to provide lawyer for myself, she denied me.
With other people inside the office made plans to write a LETTER OF CLARIFICATION to remove herself and OPD ,they asked me to go and type it in 3 copies ,I knew what is happening I just wanted to see there final judgment ,I brought it they signed and gave me a copy ,

Mr.Mashall from NEWS CENTRAL TV told me he was into CRIME INVESTIGATION, MAN TRACKING, AND NEWS COVERAGE, I never knew he was a SPY POLICE,
Immediately I told him that they have signed the document @ the SAMUEL ILORIN COURT AGEGE IKEJA LAGOS NIGERIA, He told me he travelled, to cover NEWS at Eastern part of Nigeria that when he came back he will make sure they pay for the damages,
Months I keep texting, calling till he came back ,no sign of seriousness on the matter, my hands became more worse than before,no treatment ,no cash at hand, he gave me #5000 to go and comes back out he returns from another travelling, hmm this keep happening
On November 24th 2025 they monitored me an stole my phone as usual in Alausa ikeja lagos I became more stranded, this has been their procedure of returning someone to square 1
Start afresh all the time, home of no returns
Mr.Mashall never showed up just ,hopes or give me 5k afters months,I thought he was with me ,I called him with someone phone ,I told him about the phone lost ,and also told him that SAMUEL ABADENIGO left the security at the church and ran away, Mr Mashall told me to relax that they will make move to make them treat an compensate me, December I called Mashall I told him the year is about to end and those people might travelled an never return, no serious response from Mashall,
The OPD refused to assign lawyer to me, I went back to them asking why nobody called an why no lawyer have been assigned to me,they told me it will be done on January 15 ,I said no because mostly people to witness the hearing will not be around, I called Mashall, told him everything,
Till January this year 2026 ,They assigned a small girl of 20s to me as lawyer as they have made the arrangements on how to Victimise me

I kept going to SAMUEL ILORIN COURT AGEGE IKEJA LAGOS NIGERIA they kept telling the me judges are on vacation that I should come next week, from one story to another as if they have been told to overlook me or never to take the letter from me.
Until one day a one eyed woman admitted to attend to me ,with a harsh manner as if she was sent ,very heartless and aggressive ,she took the letter signed it ,
The court clerk told me that they will assign a lawyer to me ,that I will get a call from him/her.
Month later nobody called, I went back to the court to ask ,the court clerk started avoiding me,transferring me from one person to another
I remembered that's the exact process in HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, no steady face to recognise ,the whole thing have been arranged ,prolonging the case to make me back off with one hand ,
They have made plans on how to share my compensation to themselves ,then set me up,they keep monitoring, following me everywhere to see my next move ,
I called Mr MASHALL from the NEWS CENTRAL TV that they have finally signed the document, he told me to wait for a while to see action the OFFICE OF PUBLIC DEFENCE will take on the matter
