You been carrying way more than people realize and still showing up every day like nothing wrong. You fighting silent battles, pushing through exhaustion, and handling pressure nobody sees. That takes strength. You don't gotta be superhuman all the time.
It's okay to slow down. It's okay to rest. It's okay to be proud of how far you've come even if you not where you wanna be yet. Life gets heavy, but you still here carrying it. Give yourself credit for that.
