Victoria Island is changing, and a new development is preparing to become part of its next chapter.
For Ayobami Akindipe, Founder and CEO of Ace Real Estate, The Twist, Victoria Island is more than another luxury development. It represents a new direction for the company and a bold vision for how people can live, connect and invest in one of Lagos's most valuable locations.
Designed as an amenity-heavy development, The Twist brings together residential living, lifestyle and investment within Victoria Island's dynamic mixed-use environment.
It is being created for a new generation of buyers; from families and professionals to expatriates, diaspora investors and high-net-worth individuals seeking premium real estate with strong long-term potential.
As Ace Real Estate marks six years, the company continues to expand its portfolio across Africa while remaining completely debt-free, despite the challenges of inflation, economic uncertainty and rising interest rates.
With construction set to begin in September and run for approximately 36 months, The Twist is set to mark Ace Real Estate's most ambitious chapter yet.
The question is no longer where Ace Real Estate started. It is where Ayobami Akindipe intends to take it next.
