The Compensation & Benefits Officer manages employee pay, allowances, and benefits to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation across the organization. The role supports both office and operational staff by processing payroll inputs, allowances, and ad-hoc payments common in a logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support monthly payroll processing by validating inputs, adjustments, and approvals.
• Process employee allowances including call & data, fuel, transport, overtime, shift, and duty allowances.
• Manage ad-hoc payroll payments for special assignments and operational needs.
• Administer employee benefits such as pension, HMO, NSITF, ITF, and group life insurance.
• Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records and reports.
• Respond to employee queries on salary, allowances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory deductions, and company policies.
• Liaise with Finance, Operations, and external vendors on payroll and benefits matters.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll administration.
• Experience in a logistics or operations-driven environment is an advantage.
• CIPM membership is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong payroll and compensation administration skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good knowledge of statutory deductions and labour regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Timely and accurate payroll and allowance processing.
• Minimal payroll errors and employee complaints.
• Compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.

This role sits at the centre of studio operations, ensuring that procurement data, documentation, communication, and office readiness are handled with accuracy, structure, and professionalism allowing designers and project leads to focus on design and ex*****on.
This is a coordination and ownership role, not a passive support position.
*Role Purpose*
To support project delivery and studio efficiency by coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate BOQs and documentation, managing vendor communication, and ensuring the office and administrative backbone of the studio runs smoothly.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Procurement & Sourcing Support
Assist in preparing and updating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and procurement lists
Track items, quantities, pricing, lead times, and delivery status
Support sourcing by researching materials, finishes, fixtures, and suppliers as directed
Maintain organised procurement trackers and records for each project
2. Vendor Coordination
Serve as a coordination point between vendors, designers, and project managers
Send and follow up on RFQs, availability checks, delivery timelines, and documentation
Track vendor responses and escalate issues where necessary
Maintain a structured vendor database and contact records
3. Project & Client Communication Support
Draft and send professional client update emails based on inputs from the project team
Follow up on non-sensitive client queries and confirmations
Capture meeting notes, action points, and next steps from internal and external meetings
Ensure communication is clear, timely, and aligned with the studio’s tone
4. BOQs, Documentation & Project Records
Create, update, and maintain BOQs, item logs, delivery schedules, and procurement trackers
Organise drawings, site photos, receipts, delivery notes, and vendor documents
Ensure accurate version control and tidy project folders across all active projects
5. Office & Studio Operations
Oversee general office upkeep and readiness (supplies, cleanliness, organisation)
Restock office and studio supplies proactively
Plan and coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
Prepare the office for client or vendor meetings (printing, samples, setup)
6. Administrative & Coordination Support
Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and dispatch riders
Track invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and procurement paperwork
Support the Senior Design & Operations Associate with structured updates and reports
*What This Role Requires*
2–4 years’ experience in operations, admin, procurement, or project coordination
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Comfort working with numbers, quantities, and structured data (BOQs, trackers)
Clear written communication and professional email etiquette
Ability to work confidently with vendors and internal stakeholders
